Newton Health and Wellness takes a different approach to nutrition than most conventional thinkers.  We urge you to forget about counting carbs, grams of proteins etc.  Our raw food approach is about food groups and true organic wholesome meals.  Instead of asking how many grams of sugar you consumed or the amount of calories in each meal, we ask if you have consumed your grasses, nuts, seeds and dark leafy greens.  A mindful approach to how you eat and the quality of your ingredients is key to a healthy diet.

  • Aim for variety in all food groups.

  • Minimize your consumption of processed foods and fast food.
