Recognizing that in today’s stressful times, we find ourselves racing around in intensity this manifests itself as tensions, rigidity, fatigue, inflexibility, stress, and agitation. Our program brings mindfulness to the practice of yogic breathing exercises and stretches to reduce these accumulated tensions. After increasing flexibility and ease, our next interest is cardiovascular strengthening. Emphasis on breath, oxygenation, movement, perspiration all in effort to improve cardiovascular health and increased energies. Once strength and cardiovascular conditioning in achieved our next interest is to strengthen the musculo-skeletal system targeting common weakened areas and focusing on client specific strength needs. These programs demonstrate significant abilities to reduce stress, increase energy, and overall performance.

Science shows us that we personally can reduce and eliminate these effects of aging through reconditioning.
