From the moment you enter the serene calm of our office you begin to realize that this is unlike any other wellness facility that you’ve ever been.

With over 5,000 square feet we have developed a unique holistic center.

Newton Health and Wellness located in one of two 100 + year old matching sister Victorians, that have been expanded and completely renovated to provide a more modern and relaxing environment. Detail has been given to create a warm, serene and modern atmosphere that many comment they had no idea a place like this exists. When you first enter between the two matching twin victorians you will be met with the warmth and tranquility of the gardens: perennial, bamboo, vegetable. Outdoor gardens and waterfalls are to be enjoyed from both the outside and inside with the recent expansion of the office. The recent construction of two new atrium treatment rooms: The Sunrise Room where treatment and Yogic exercises are encouraged and the Bamboo Room overlooking the water falls and Bamboo grove where consultation, examination and Chiropractic treatments are performed. Additional first floor rooms are dedicated to waiting area, heat therapy, Gyrotonic, Pilates, IDD Therapy, natural products: supplements and vitamins as well as natural organic juicing.

Our second floor PRANA just underwent a complete remodel. This space is dedicated to the ultimate massage and body treatment experience.Begin your massage experience in our Sauna, Steam and Stretch Suite. This space is your very own, prepared for individual or couples to soften your body and mind through deep heat, water, stretch and guided mindfulness. Our staff will inform you of how to properly use and couple sauna, steam, yogic stretch and breath in efforts to attain the maximum benefit from the treatments to follow. Next relax in our pre and post massage treatment room where you will enjoy a relaxing foot soak and light refreshment, while experiencing a gentle guided meditation. Your choice of massage types will be offered in either of two modern and calming treatment rooms. Use of Young Living essential oils, and other all natural products are utilized per individual desires and needs. Additional therapies: hydrotherapy, body treatments, skin treatments, foot and hand, scalp and face as well as head and shoulders are offered. Enjoy modern nature photography reproductions from many respected Hawaiian Artists.

Additional space dedicated to Yoga instruction, Health workshops as well as personal training is located in our recently renovated training studio. Where the coupling of the finest personal training equipment in an enlivening environment makes for real results and increased performance.
