At Newton Health and Wellness we take a different approach towards diet and nutrition.  We urge you to forget about counting: calories, carbohydrates, or grams of proteins.  Our whole food approach is about balanced food groups and wholesome meals.  Instead of asking how many grams of sugar you consumed or the amount of calories in each meal, we ask if you have consumed your fresh: fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, and lean proteins.  A mindful, knowledgeable approach towards how you eat and the quality and types of the ingredients you choose is key to a healthy diet.
